About the Center

The Dogwood Canyon Audubon Center is a great place to host your meeting or event. A beautiful, pristine building, this unique 6,000 square foot nature center lies nestled in the woods at the base of a 150-foot canyon. You and your guests will be surrounded by nature, yet minutes from Cedar Hill and still within easy access to Dallas or Fort Worth.

Features

The Center features two spaces for event rental, the Trout Lily and Cedar Elm rooms. The beautiful Trout Lily meeting room, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, can accommodate 100 guests theater-style or 70 guests seated at tables. While the Cedar Elm classroom is a sunny meeting space for up to 35 guests seated at tables. Guests are also welcome to visit the nature store in the lobby to select the perfect field guide or souvenir.
